Job Description

We are seeking a BI - Tableau Developer with expertise in ETL scripting and parallel processing to develop and maintain Python-based ETL workflows for extracting data from Tableau data sources. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in optimizing data processing and generating reports in multiple formats (HTML, PDF, Excel) based on Tableau dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python ETL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from Tableau data sources.
• Implement parallel processing techniques using Python libraries to enhance data processing efficiency.
• Automate report generation in formats such as HTML, PDF, and Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy, transformation consistency, and processing performance.
• Work closely with BI analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to streamline data workflows.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL development, automation, and optimization.
• Experience with parallel processing techniques using Python libraries (multiprocessing, Dask, or similar).
• Ability to generate automated reports in multiple formats (HTML, PDF, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Tableau Server REST API.
• Knowledge of SQL for query optimization and ETL processes.
• Experience working with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
