Python Job: Lead Python Developer

Role: Lead Python Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid or On-site)

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Contract type: W2/1099 Contract (Independent C2C)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Python Developer with significant experience in a leadership role.

Strong proficiency in Python programming, including expertise in Django and Flask frameworks.

Deep, expert-level knowledge of Python, including Pandas for data manipulation.

Application coding proficiency in Python, Pandas, SQL, and Relational Databases.

Experience developing and implementing data models for various domains.

Experience developing hybrid automation/interactive solutions for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Proficiency in Java programming is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Spark for distributed data processing.

Some experience with Modeling techniques, including linear regression, time series analysis (e.g., ARIMA), and other econometric techniques.

Experience with modern DevOps practices.

Extensive experience with AWS services, including but not limited to AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
