Senior Lead Python Programmer

Skills & Requirements: Advanced Python with 7+ years of hands-on experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role. Proven track record in addressing scalability and performance issues within Python. Backend database experience, preferably with Oracle or Postgres. Familiarity with microservices architecture and migration. Expertise in containerization and continuous delivery practices. Strong competence in building and consuming REST APIs. Deep understanding of Python and object-oriented programming principles. Excellent grasp of metrics, monitoring, and alerting in code reliability. Strong communication skills adaptable to various roles and experience levels. Nice to Have: Experience running production systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
