Python Job Details

A Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team to assist with making improvements to old and build new infrastructure, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide automation solutions, and create tools and resources for the development team. If you have some background with development that would be greatly appreciated and you are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement IAC best practices within an AWS environment so that we may move away from our legacy infrastructure
  • Reduce toil by having an automation first mindset
  • Working with our cloud architect to design and build out tools for our other engineers/teams
  • Identify issues within the infrastructure, troubleshoot them, and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate with other SRE team members to discuss how to approach architectural decisions with best practices in mind

Skills & Experiences:
  • AWS, AWS native tools
  • Experience with Linux based environments
  • IAC: Terraform
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Github Actions preferred
  • Scripting: Python

  • Development experiences (Python preferred)
