Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

• Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption

• Develop cloud-based Python Django software products

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Create security and data protection settings

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

• Write technical documentation

• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer oriented to web applications

• 5+ years’ experience of Python coding skills

• 4+ years hands on experience with the Django framework

• Knowledge of how to build and use with RESTful APIs

• Experience generating complex reports

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Great attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• An analytical mind

• Have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Bilingual English/Spanish
