We are recruiting for a Junior Data Scientist to work with internal and external stakeholders from across the healthcare, retail, financial and manufacturing sectors, enabling our Clients to leverage their data through the development and utilisation of advanced analytics, machine learning models and data visualisations.

About the role:

Supported and mentored by a Senior Data Scientist, the Junior Data Scientist will be a problem solver. They will use their existing knowledge and experience to develop analytical solutions and exploring and learning additional data science methods (with appropriate training) as required by the business requirement.

What you will need:

  • Educated to degree level in mathematics, computing, a related subject or equivalent experience
  • Experience of using Python (preferred) or R to develop advanced analytics and machine learning models
  • Experience and understanding of the development life-cycle for advanced analytics and machine learning models
  • Experience of solving business problems through the application of advanced and predictive analytics
