What you will be doing:
  • Understand the business processes from the marketing, sales and customer success departments,
  • Create valuable dashboards in Tableau to generate recurring value for internal stakeholders
  • Use Python to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
  • Work closely with software engineers and the analytics engineer to ensure the correct data is used.

  • 2+ years of experience in the analytics space
  • You know your way around either python and/or SQL.
  • You have experience working with a BI solution and creating dashboards and reports
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written)
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and value generation through BI dashboards
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written)
What is your mission in the first 12 months?

In the first 3 months (focus product data):
  • You have understood the data structure in our product and mastered working with JupyterHub
  • You are autonomously able to process all ad-hoc requests coming from the product team
  • You have implemented dashboards to address the recurring needs of the product team
  • You are able to report on all KPIs required for the monthly company performance reporting
From the 3rd to the 6th month (focus on revenue-related data):

  • You have understood our sales, customer success and finance processes (typical SaaS processes).
  • You have improved the sales & customer success Tableau dashboards and reports we provide to our stakeholders and are able to create valuable insights.
  • Together with finance, you have implemented dashboards and reports to address their recurring needs.
From the 6th to the 12th month:
  • You have understood our inbound-lead-generation process (typical for SaaS).
  • Together with marketing, you have implemented dashboards and reports to address their recurring needs.
  • You are able to support the executive team by performing data-analysis required in the strategic iteration 2023.
  • You have become a sparring partner for the organisation (all levels) when it comes to generating insights from data.
  • As the analytics team you consistently improve your data-product in order to maximise the value you create for the organisation.
