About the Role


We have an amazing opportunity for graduate analysts to join our Risk division. You will be supporting the Credit Risk Insights & Analytics team across all aspects of risk measurement and portfolio analysis.

There will be the expectation for you to act as a strategic risk partner to consolidate and interpret data and provide valuable product portfolio risk insights to senior management. You will be integral to the production of BAU management reporting however you will be need to be versatile and deal with ad-hoc requests from time to time.

Precision and accuracy within the division is of the highest priority and so is the timely delivery of key metrics and commentary on portfolio performance and risk profiles. You will work across various retail and business lending products and play a key role in the development of structured data sets to assist reporting and modelling.


About you


To be successful in this role, you will need analytical thinking and the ability to translate data insights into business benefits. You will also need the ability to analyse and interpret financial data and present it in a logical and consumable manner.

This role will suits someone who has a passion for mathematics, analytics or similar. It would be ideal if you had some experience using programming languages ie. SAS, SQL, VBA, R, Python, etc. There is a high preference for this person to have exposure to data extraction and transformation.
