We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer (m/f/d) in Munich, Lisbon or Naples to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Since we are a remote first company consider those cities as our hubs where we meet. We are looking for an experienced developer who will be responsible for both front and back-end programming. Needs to be comfortable with developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs.

Full Stack Web Developer (m/f/d) | 3+ years Experience

This process requires motivated and agile heroes who can jump in and get their hands down to plan and roll out loveable products of value from scratch. Our Core Tech Stack is Ruby on Rails, NodeJS & ReactJS but not limited to. We build, maintain and run many microservices and try to use the Framework that fits best to solve the problem.

Tasks

• You're a part of the team. You seek collaboration with your colleagues, the client and with end-users.
• Good code is good product. We create maintainable, robust and tested software. We want to be able to pick up where others left off.
• Develop front end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages.
• Develop back-end website applications and create servers and databases for functionality.
• Design and develop APIs while ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Manage end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
• Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• You like to pair program challenges, evaluate efforts, share your experience as well as debrief and iterate your own process

Requirements

• Conversation-proof English is a must.
• You live the web. You seek inspiration and have your own thoughts. You build and improve constantly.
• A deep understanding of object-oriented concepts and patterns and experience with various object-oriented languages.
• Full-Stack is web from A-Z. You know what this means from request to response.
• A personal track-record in HTML, CSS, Javascript and common tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git
• You know your tools, the shell is your virtual homebase and computers speak your language. We're developers, we automate everything
• Experience in implementing testing platforms and unit tests as well as an appreciation for clean and well-documented code
