About the Role

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €47,000 - €70,600 + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

The role of a Developer is to build high quality and fully performing technical solutions that comply with coding standards, technical design and security guidelines and guardrails. You will analyse system requirements and design, test, code and modify programmes and scripts to agreed company standards.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Undertake development activities and co-ordination of technical development within product lifecycle, and/or system maintenance tasks
  • Collaborating with product teams to deliver business outcomes in Agile, DevOps environment as part of a team
  • Implement development standards in line with specifications
  • Reviewing requirements to understand our business needs
  • Continuously improve the way software is delivered within the organisation

What Do I Need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Awareness of Cloud Platform, Azure DevOps, AWS or similar and of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Understanding of databases and data storage technologies such as: SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, NoSQL, Data Warehousing and Databricks.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge and awareness of code source control systems such as Git, GitHub, TFS
  • Experience of creating, executing, and documenting test plans
  • Programming experience in C#, .Net Core and either JavaScript or Python
