What are we looking for? Python Developer (Full Remote)

(They can be outside Europe and do not need a work visa for Portugal)

Skills Needed:

• Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Scrapy web crawlers;

• Design, develop and maintain web services;

• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues with distributed crawling at scale;

• Help identify, debug and fix problems with open source projects, including Scrapy.

• Requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience in Python;

• Solid Python knowledge;

• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, HTTP, HTML, Javascript and Networking;

• Familiarity with REST API;

• Familiarity with Relational and Non-Relational databases such as: Postgres, SQLite and Elasticsearch.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in Web scraping with Scrapy and Selenium;

• Experience in Elasticsarch;

• Experience in Django and Flask frameworks;

• Experience in automatic CAPTCHA solving.
