Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prototyping, design and development of software features.

  • Contributes to the team and works with direction from Senior team members or project leaders starting with guidance and beginning to work independently.

  • Able to understand the problem definition and come up with alternatives to solve the problem

  • Able to quickly learn the system and be able to apply the learning in his/her day2day activities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or related computer field with an equivalent GPA of at least 3.0

  • Good knowledge of any programming language like Java, Python etc.

  • Excellent debugging skills & problem solving skills

  • Excellent written, communication and inter-personal skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment

  • Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.

  • Is eager to pair and learn, open to receiving mentorship and direction; asks questions and communicate challenges.
