Job Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must-Have experience in Production Support, Splunk or Dynatrace, Scripting (Unix/Linux), Oracle/PostgreSQL database, Core JAVA, Payment Gateway application support, Python and/or Shell Scripting, Strong DB concepts
• Good-to-Have experience in Linux Administration, Apache Tomcat, Server Administration
• Responsible for maintaining Production environment and provide Level-2 support for Payment Gateway Services application.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL Process, incident and problem management experience.
• Triaging and troubleshooting incidents perform root cause analysis post incident remediation, resolving tickets and restoring services as per the SLA.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident or outages.
• Keep all stakeholders updated during the incident lifecycle and escalate as required as per the predefined call structures.
• Have a strong knowledge of Payment system and/or payment application from financial/banking domain

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
