For a leading fund management firm with crypto exposure we are building a global 24/7 L1 support service. The team is distributed across 3 time zones. For a specialist this is an opportunity to improve the knowledge and skills in investment, AWS, and automation.

Responsibilities

    • Receive calls from end users
    • Solve cryptocurrency trading related issues
    • Ensure response time is within the SLA
    • Apply known solutions, attempt solving unknown cases
    • Constantly improve own knowledge of the support and trading processes
    • Document known solutions
    • Automate the job where necessary
    • Classify and route the tickets requiring L2/L3 involvement

Skills

Must have

    • 3+ years of experience in Support
    • Investment Banking / Trading Support background
    • Customer Support or similar experience
    • Good understanding of trading workflow
    • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
    • Professional ethics
    • Clear communication in English
    • Basic understanding of Linux OS

Nice to have

    • Hands on experience with AWS
    • SQL
    • Basic Python for automation
    • other programming languages
