Python Job: Software Engineer

We are looking for Software Engineer’s for our client a leading bank and a recent AFR winner of Best Places to work in Australia.

What you will be doing

The full time permanent role will be part of a hybrid team of cloud engineers and software engineers, building a cloud native data analytics, big data and machine learning platform. The platform team is responsible for design and building software framework/foundation, optimising our application's performance, creating CI/CD and deployments.

Skills Required

Solid programming knowledge of following one or two programming languages, C#, Python and Javascript.
Good understanding of software development principles, design pattern and architecture design.
Experiences in full stack development, front-end (react) and back-end (Api) will be bonus
Experiences with Kubernetes, docker and Gcloud/AWS will be bonus.
Experiences with git, trunk based development, and gitlab will be bonus

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are critical to success.

Salary: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
