We are looking for students who have experience in Advanced Python Programming and are willing to help us to extend our command-line interface tool 'scaptain' used for a DevOps-based approach for improved authoring and testing of security-configuration guides (see https://i4.pages.gitlab.lrz.de/conferences-public/preprints/2022/CODASPY/hardening-with-scapolite.pdf for an overview of what we are doing.) We offer flexible working hours; remote working is possible.

What part will you play?

• You support our team with various topics in Python development
• Help us to create concepts for authoring, maintaining and automating security-configuration guides
• You support implementing those concepts using a rigorous DevOps approach that assures high code quality
• Just advance your skills and have fun!

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

• Complete our team with your ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
• You have expertise in programming Python and managing code using GIT/GitLab
• Ideally you have also some knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and docker
• Expertise regarding cyber security makes you our dream candidate
