Software Developer (Backend) – Remote/London - Perm

Salary DOE

This role is remote however the client is looking for someone who can be onsite 1/2 times per month.

Our client is a large professional services firm who deal with many well-established clients across the Finance, Life Sciences and Commercial Real Estate sectors. However, the team you are working in operate very much as a small, fast paced, and agile start-up: You will be working within a small digital transformation/digital product function team.

We are looking for a backend developer with:

• 1+ years commercial experience in Python OR another backend language with a desire in switching to Python.
• Fluent in Bash and Git
• Some experience of building modern web applications proven experience of designing and building REST APIs is desirable.

In the role you will be using Python and backend programmes along with making use of Google Cloud Platform Services and DevOps tooling to help the team achieve success.

Remote – However, expected to be in the office 2 times a month.
